Abstract：Standardized and efficient intellectual property management is important for the development of Industrial Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance.Alliance inner intellectual property management mechanism based on contractual arrangement consists of evaluation,ownership,share,transfer and dispute resolution mechanisms.Following analysis on the practices of alliance intellectual property management in Shaanxi province,it is suggested that contract clauses between alliance members on intellectual property management be improved,and alliance joint-owned intellectual property management mechanism be completed,in order to improve contractual arrangement of alliance intellectual property management in Shaanxi province
