Abstract：Existing researches on evaluation of innovation vouchers mostly focus on short-term effects after implementation,and the assessments on the demand for innovation vouchers scheme and long-term impact are relatively weak.After review of innovation vouchers assessment methods and evaluation framework proposed by some scholars,in accordance with the life cycle of innovation vouchers implementation,sub-five stages are proposed,and the innovation dynamic integrated assessment framework is given,to guide innovation voucher project more scientific and rational implementation
