Abstract：Using the basic frame of SCP paradigm,the paper analyzes the current situation of energy-saving service industry following the order of market structure,market conduct and market performance.It summarizes characteristics of energy-saving service industry and points out that the key for optimizing energy-saving industry is how to raise the profit of whole industry in the future and realize energy efficiency economy.Finally,the paper raises several suggestions from enterprises and government respectively
