Abstract：International transfer of aviation industry provides the opportunity for upgrading and development of aviation industry of backward countries.For aviation enterprises in backward countries,it can bring about innovation guiding effect,learning and imitating effect and management demonstrating effect to undertake international transfer;then it has a positive significance for technological catching-up and upgrading of industrial competitiveness.Facing the trend of international transfer in aviation industry,Chinas aviation enterprises should seize the opportunity of industry international transfer,promoting international cooperation in key field around the national great strategic demand,strengthening efficient coordination of R&D cooperation and subcontract production,enhancing regulation reform of aviation industry and diversification of industry entity,emphasizing cultivation and professional training of R&D innovative talents
