The Mobile Internet Industry System Governance Based on the Industrial Ecosystem

Abstract：This paper analyzed several important node enterprises of mobile internet industry and the ecosystem they had constituted.The analysis of mobile internet industry ecological communities is based on industrial ecology.Proposed double ecological governance model combined with the industrial system of ecological governance theory.The model is that government should lead the ecological governance at the macro level while the leading enterprises should manage the micro level.With the theory of industrial ecology network governance,it puts forward four governance mechanism—cooperation and trust mechanism,innovation incentive mechanism,profit sharing mechanism and coordinated development mechanism to ensure the implementation of the industrial chain governance model
