Abstract:Energy conservation and emissions reduction,the essence of which is to improve energy efficiency,is an important breakthrough to the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji.To study the coordinated development level of Jing-Jin-Ji's energy efficiency in perspective of green development,this paper constructs the evaluating index system of regional energy efficiency,including three criteria,namely,economy,energy and environment,as well as 12 specific indices,based on the connotation of improving energy efficiency in perspective of green development.Then,the combination of entropy method and coupling coordination degree model is used for empirical analysis.Results show,Jing,Jin and Ji's energy efficiency all had a significant improvement,and for average annual growth rate,Beijing was the highest,then Tianjin,Hebei.And,the coordinated development level of Jing-Jin,Jing-Ji,Jin-Ji and Jin-Jin-Ji's energy efficiency all achieved the interval of coordinated development,and was respectively at good coordination type,medium coordination type,medium coordination type and medium coordination type
