Traditional Industry Transformation Embeded in the Path of the Value Constellation:Innovative Strategies Analysis from the Perspective of Network Organization
Abstract:Under the situation that the traditional industry is forced to transform by the loss of low-cost advantage and the surplus homogeneity,the network organization structure and the ecological niche that helped the traditional enterprise to span the point of scale inflexion might now hamper the success of transformation by innovative strategies.By analyzing the bottleneck of incremental innovation and disruptive innovation from the perspective of network organization structure and network organization evolution,this paper proposes the system innovation path with multi-dimensional innovative thinking embed in the value constellation and provides the policy-making suggestions to construct“two databases & a platform”to realize this path
