Abstract：Firstly this paper attempted to clarify the implication of reverse technology transfer/spillovers.And then the paper analyzed its characteristics mainly from the expected behavior,technical characteristics,the occurrence space,body,flow channels,and so on.At last,the paper especially compared the difference and similarity between reverse technology transfer and reverse technology spillovers
