Contract Governance,Relationship Governance and Project Performance Based on the Empirical Studies of Stakeholder of Service-oriented Manufacturing

Abstract:The paper analyzes the relationship between contract governance,relationship governance and service-oriented manufacturing project performance from the perspective of stakeholders theory.Service-oriented manufacturing data from investigation is adopted,and the inner connection of four governance means and project performance is explored by using the models of factor analysis,cluster analysis,variance analysis and regression analysis.Results show that:the governance mode of equal importance both in contract and relationship is more popular than other modes;the more strong is the contract governance level for the manufacturers responding to other stakeholders,the higher is the project performance,and so is the relationship governance;the manufacturers pay more attention to the equivalent importance between contract governance and relationship governance,the performance is better than other governance modes.
