Abstract:Existing research has shown positive relationship between playfulness and creativity.For one thing,being a personality including enjoying,novelty-seeking,self-persisting and relaxing,playfulness has positive correlation with creativity;for another,being an inside climate of organization,playfulness can relief employees' lassitude and tension,improve the atmosphere,and thus increases work satisfaction and the ability to create.The paper reviewed existing research of the relationship between playfulness and creativity,and then proposed two directions of future research
