Abstract：The leading countries in aviation industry continue to increase the intensity of patent strategy implementation in China.The constraints on the development of China's aviation industry,and especially of China's large civil aircraft,are increasingly apparent.Based on quantitative and qualitative analysis of patent information and relevant technology,economic and market information,this paper studies the patent distribution of the top ten global aeronautical enterprises,reveals the characteristics of foreign aviation enterprises' patent strategy in China,and discusses some suggestions to promote the development of China's aviation industry
