Abstract:The paper establishes the concept of demand-oriented from the perspective of patent transformation model and the mechanism demand-oriented acting on patent transformation model firstly.Then,by means of combination of literature and practice,it sorts out the typical mode and evolution path of university patent transformation.By comparative analysis between typical modes and characteristic analysis of mode evolution path,it constructs the selection effect mechanism and model of university patent transformation mode.Finally the paper points out it should consider the various sectors' continuity and its influencing factors when making selection decisions about university patent transformation mode.Especially it should emphasize the effective integration between the collaborative innovation and patent transformation mode according to the development status of university.
