Abstract：Based on 197 survey results,this paper studies the impact of features of stakeholder social network to performance of science innovation project.The empirical results show that the network strength and reciprocity,rather than other features,have significant positive influence on the performance of science innovation project while knowledge sharing and knowledge integration act as complete mediators.
