The Effects of Innovation Network Structure Social Capital on Knowledge Benefit

Abstract：This study examines the impact of different level social capital on an individual knowledge benefit.The empirical results reveal that social capital at both levels jointly influences an individual knowledge benefit.Especially network density negatively moderates the impacts of individual-level social capital on individual knowledge benefit.
