The Mechanism for Reconstituting the Value Chain by Architectural Collaborative Innovation:Based on the Case of Zhejiang Medzone

Abstract:Compared with the value chain upgrading,the value chain reconstruction is more efficient and complete to promote the industry upgrading and the economic transformation.Reconstituting the value chain can be realized by changing the value chain and its construction through architectural collaborative innovation,and its key point is that there is a capable innovation agent to collaborate the various interest groups and complicated interests.Based on analyzing the case of Zhejiang Medzone,the paper holds that innovation intermediary,around the core of the leading team,is the core innovation agent of reconstituting the value chain,which is capable of take responsibility for the multiple roles of originator,organizer and coordinator.
