An Empirical Research on the Synergistic Development of the Technology Innovation in Energy-Intensive Industry and the Efficiency of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction
Abstract:This paper constructs a composite system synergetic degree model of technology innovation,efficiency of energy saving and efficiency of emission reduction and makes an empirical research on the synergistic development between the technology innovation in energy-intensive industry of China and the efficiency of energy saving and emission reduction.The results show that from 2004 to 2013,the synergy degree of the system of technology innovation in energy-intensive industry of China and the efficiency of energy saving as well as the efficiency of emission reduction is on the rise in general;the synergy degree of the system of the efficiency of energy saving and the efficiency of emission reduction system is higher than that of others;the synergy degree of other systems that related to technology innovation's subsystem is lower,which is directly related to the order degree of technical innovation's subsystem.It shows that the cask effect in the“cask principle”should be overcome in the development of energy-intensive industry,making each subsystem develop in coordination.
