Abstract:This paper studies the content and manner of multi-agent collaborative innovation of regional technology incubation networks based on polycentric governance with the method of evolutionary game theory,establishes the multi-agent evolutionary game model of collaborative innovation and puts forward suggestions of how to accelerate multi-agent collaborative innovation.The conclusion indicates:①Multi-agent collaborative innovation in the network can be divided into three levels:strategic synergy,knowledge synergy and organization synergy.Collaborative innovation mainly includes four parts:financial support,complementary skills,knowledge and technology integration and information communication.②In order to accelerate the multi-agent collaborative innovation,we should build reasonable proportion of additional benefits and cost allocation,effective positive and negative incentive(punishment)mechanism and effective network trust system.
