Abstract：This paper builds the evaluation indicator system of regional science popularization driving forces including soft constraint and hard constraint.And it estimates the regional science popularization driving forces in 2013 by Newton’s Second Law of Motion-Force and Acceleration.The result points out there are some differences among provinces,and the eastern region is much better to use the driving force of science popularization than central and western region
