Have the Expanding Domestic Demands Promoted China’s Industrial Innovation

Abstract：This paper analyzed the influencing mechanism of the expanding domestic demands on the innovation of industries in China based on empirical study.The results showed that a positive relationship was found between domestic demand and the technical innovation and product innovation of industries.The investments had focused on the infrastructure and tended to depress the technical innovation.The R&D investments promoted the innovation efficiency of technology and products significantly.The import of foreign technologies had depressed the technical innovation.In the end,some suggestions about how to foster the leading market of new products,the optimization of investments and innovation system were put forward based on the results
