Abstract:Through regression analysis of 18 years' panel data of the national 3570 scientific research institutions,this paper analyzes the factors of organizational level which affect personnel mobility significantly.Based on deep discussions on empirical research result of research institutions by types and levels,this paper provides suggestions about how to attract and retain talent and improve management of research institutions
