服务与制造业创业企业的创新竞争力关键要素比较研究

摘要本文基于智力资本的视角,归纳了创业企业创新竞争力的影响要素。通过对260位创业者及创业团队成员的问卷调查,以及针对服务业和制造业两个行业样本进行的对比分析,发现两个行业的共性关键要素为创业者的战略领导力和创新精神。同时,团队凝聚力对服务业具有重要影响,而投资者的协同关系对制造业的创新竞争力作用显著。进一步的T检验也说明,服务业对人力资本高度依赖,而制造业对于外部提供的创新支持高度需求。

Abstract：In the wave of innovation and entrepreneurship,the amount of new open firms in China rises sharply,yet many enterprises fail due to the lack of innovation competitiveness.The startups need to identify the major factors influcing their competitiveness and the characteristics of different industries.From the perspective of intellectual capital,this paper reviews the factors of the innovation competitiveness of startups.Based on questionnaire of 260 entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial team members,it finds that the common key factors in both service and manufacturing industry are strategic leadership and innovation courage of entrepreneurs.Cohesiveness of entrepreneurial team is found a major factor for service industry,while collaborative relationships with investors have significant effect for manufacturing industry.Further T test shows that service industry is highly dependent on the human capital,and external innovation support is highly demanded for manufacturing industry.
