Abstract:The scientific research ability of universities in the western China is low,advanced talent of research is lack,and the economy of the western China is in sluggish growth.In order to overcome the above dilemma,it proposed a new inter-regional and multi-agent cooperation mode called intelligence-alliance innovative team.Traditional unscientific task decomposition method resulted in task assignment at random,a serious brain drain of high-end,high-level scientific research achievements scarce,the team short life cycle and so on.So it suggested to decompose the task for intelligence-alliance innovative team,and construct implementation approach framework of task decomposition and matching algorithm based on the consideration of the relationship of task granularity,task couple and task balance.Finally,it used a specific case to verify the feasibility of the task decomposition approach.
