Abstract：The sharing economy is supported by modern information technology.Its purpose is to meet the needs of the difference,the share content is idle resources,the essence is the right to use the transaction,and the form of expression is the efficient distribution of resources,creating a new model of economic development,which has brought new changes and challenges for intellectual property services.“Sharing economy + intellectual property”with the new features of “special,fast,good,province,wide,high”,innovates new model of intellectual property services.Through the practice of ZhiGuaGua’s innovation model,service system and the advantages compared to traditional enterprises,it analyzed the existing problems and countermeasures of the property service under the sharing economy,and provided reference to optimize the development of“sharing economy + intellectual property”enterprises.
