Professional Competency of Creative Science and Technology Talents Based on Self-cognition

Abstract:Through choosing 40 creative science and technology talents with outstanding performance and interviewing them by Behavioral-Event Interview,the study dug out 52 competency items,then drawn up self-cognition questionnaire on the base of these items.The result of measurement to 452 talents showed that 42 items had significant positive correlation with their performance and could distinguish this group from ordinary one.These competencies should be paid close attention in the cultivating of science and technology talents
