Abstract：The report of 19th CPC proposed that innovation is the primary driving force behind development.It is the strategy underpinning for building a modernized economy.As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,during the decisive stage in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,continue efforts to the Development concepts of innovation,must pursue the strategy of Innovation-Driven Development,work faster to make China a country of innovation.The participating experts discussed a series of major issues on how to make China a country of innovation.We should consist on that innovation is the primary driving force behind development and the strategy of Innovation-Driven Development;We should establish a science and technology innovation center with global influence,further reform the management system for science and technology,strengthen basic research;We should establish international innovation-oriented enterprises and inspire their driving force of innovation;We should cultivate a better culture of innovation and create a better entrepreneurial environment.
