Abstract：Innovation driven is essentially talent driven.Due to the influence of the different social environment,policy environment and innovative talents needs,there are many kinds of innovative talents cultivating modes in industry-university-research institute cooperation,with differences and similarities between different types of modes.This paper researches on the cultivating innovative talents from domestic and foreign aspects,and gets the experience and enlightenment from the overseas modes,which would deepen and develop the domestic modes of industry-university-research institute cooperation and provide effective reference for cultivating innovative talents for the national innovation-driven development and the construction of innovative country.
