Abstract:Strategic transformation is the key to building the world's science,technology and innovation power.This paper constructed the evaluation standards of science,technology and innovation power,and made the comparative analysis of strategies of the United States,Germany,Japan and India.Then this article explored an integrated path between"basic research and the core technology supply path"and"demand-induced science,technology and innovation path".Finally,it provided a support system based on talent,national innovation system,policy and culture.
