Abstract:Creative ideas management is a process in which creative idea are organized,capitalized,commercialized and marketized.The value of a creative idea largely depends on the level of creative idea management.From the viewpoint of creative product chain,creative ideas management is a system including the organization forms,financing choices,contract designing and pricing of creative idea.On the basis of the intrinsic features of creative ideas,this paper takes some important economic factors into account,such as intellectual property protection,signal sending mechanism and ownership allocation,and makes a literature about the creative product chain.We study the effects that the features of creative ideas have on the creative ideas management and the systematic relevance among different aspects in creative ideas management,which gives a completed presentation about the creative ideas management in creative product chain.
