Abstract：Based on the patent data in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from 2000 to 2015,the technological innovation capacity was discussed by paten application number and patent structure change analysis.①From 2000 to 2015,the absolute difference among the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei expanded inceasingly,while the relative difference was shrinking.Beijing-Tianjin and Beijing-Hebei relative gap was narrowing,but the relative gap between Tianjin and Hebei did not change significantly.②Before 2009,the internal innovation of Tianjin and Hebei showed a trend of differentiation,while Beijing showed balanced development;But after 2009,It turned out to be the reverse.③From 2000 to 2015,Beijing and Tianjin,Beijing and Hebei,Tianjin and Hebei showed similarity in the field of innovation and development.Since 2006,Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei showed a similar trend in a specific field of innovation.④From 2000 to 2015,the consistency between Tianjin and Hebei industries was mostly reflected in the chemical,food and beverage industries,while those between Beijing and Tianjin or between Beijing and Hebei,were transferring to electronic components,communications industry.
