Abstract:On the basis of the Chinese nuclear power policies from 1984 to 2016,we make the quantitative analysis on policy literature through method of social networks analysis to explore its evolution path. The study finds that before and after the Fukushima leak incident, the location of dimension and languages, the structures of policy subject and policy foundation, all follow the two-track evolution.Besides, based on the research on the logic of evolution, several innovative conclusions can be obtained. For example, the location of dimension is becoming more clear, which has promoted the policy subjects' cooperation more condensed and professional. And the relatively insufficiency of basic policies can't support the decision-making enough.
