Abstract:As an emerging industries of strategic importance,the strategic position of digital creative industries established gradually from 2009.Based on the empirical analysis of digital creative corporations in the latest “Fortune Global 500” list of the world's largest corporations,this paper finds that,the competition framework of the global digital creative industries is like the situation of tripartite confrontation,coming from the United States,Asia and Europe.China has ranked Top 2 all over the world,but the average of the indicators is still far away from western developed countries.Currently,China's digital creative industries are facing many key competitive disadvantages,such as the lack of competitive force in the process of the content production,the weakness in the process of R&D,the core distribution channels dominated by the United States,and so on.However,China's digital creative industries have gotten some advantages in two subdivided industries,mobile games and online media.It is proposed to construct the strategic path system for restructuring the GVC of the digital creative industries from five aspects:the exploration of Chinese traditional cultural resource,combination of competition strategy,“The Belt and Road”value chain,free trade zone,and intellectual property protection.
