Relationship Between the Driving Factors of the External Commercialization of Intellectual Property and the Commercial Performance ——Based on Intermediary Effect of Desorption Capacity

Abstract:The external commercialization of intellectual property plays an important role in revitalizing redundant resources,creating financial and strategic values.Based on the questionnaire survey data of 295 samples,the structural equation model is used to investigate the impact of the driving factors of external commercialization of intellectual property on external commercialization performance,focusing on the intermediary effect of enterprise desorption.The results show that commercial motivations and partners have a significant positive impact on commercial performance,while organizational structure has a significant negative impact on commercial performance.Commercial motivations,organizational structure and technology market have significant effects on desorption capacity.Desorption capacity has a significant positive effect on the commercialization performance;Desorption capacity plays a partial mediating role between commercial motivations,organizational structure and commercial performance,while it has a mediating effect between technological market and commercial performance.The conclusion of this paper not only expands the theory research of the external commercialization of intellectual property rights and the commercialization performance of commercialization,but also provides a practical guidance for the implementation of the external commercialization of intellectual property rights in Chinese enterprises.
