Construction and Enlightenment on the Influence Evaluation System of Think Talents in Universities——Investigation on the 57 Talents Research Bases in Universities in Hubei Province

Abstract：As the cradle of talent development,universities are the future direction of the development of think tanks.An empirical analysis was based on 57 talents research bases in universities in Hubei province,which applied factor analysis to construct the evaluation system that includes three levels of evaluation index.And the weight of each index was determined by the method of expert investigation.Comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate think talents influence of universities.The results were sorted,some enlightenment and suggestions of the development of think talents in university were put forward.
