Abstract:In this paper,we use the comprehensive evaluation method of coefficient of variation-TOPSIS-velocity feature to study the dynamic evolution process of high-tech enterprise innovation capability.Firstly,from an objective perspective,we use the coefficient of variation method to determine the weight of each index.Secondly,we use the TOPSIS method to obtain the static evaluation results of innovation ability.On the basis of this,from the perspective of the characteristics of change speed,we modify the change speed state and change speed trend model,then we propose the dynamic comprehensive evaluation model to measure the innovation capability of high-tech enterprises.Besides,we take the high-tech enterprises that have been certified in Beijing from 2010 to 2016 as empirical objects,and carry out a dynamic comprehensive evaluation of the innovation ability of Beijing high-tech enterprises from both the overall and sub-field aspects.According to the evaluation results,we make basic judgments on the innovation capability of Beijing high-tech enterprises.Finally,we propose countermeasures to improve the innovation capability of Beijing high-tech enterprises.
