Abstract:The insufficient reserve of high-skilled talents is an important factor that restricts the implementation of innovation-driven strategy in China,and also hinders the progress of building an innovative country to a certain extent.How to improve the quality of high-skilled personnel training effectively is an important practical issue.In order to analyze this practical problem,this paper constructs a strategic evolutionary game model of teachers and colleges in the process of cooperating with enterprises to cultivate high-skilled talents,considering the actual situation in the process of high-skilled personnel training in colleges and universities.Based on the analysis and simulation experiments of the model,this paper draws relevant research conclusions about the evolution mechanism of colleges and teachers' strategies.Then we propose corresponding countermeasures for improving the quality of high-skilled personnel training effectively.
