Abstract：From the perspective of failed technological innovation project,the paper traces the rescued process of four “failed-successful”innovative drugs,such as Thalidomide and Viagra.Focusing on the specific work of “scientists”in the rescued process,it summarizes the typical characteristics of the scientists,including the “core + peripheral”structure,complementary ability,complementary consciousness,tolerance,never giving up and highly open.It provides useful management inspiration for Chinese biopharmaceutical enterprises to cope with innovation failure actively and control innovation failure effectively.
