Abstract：On the basis of the existing research,this paper re-identifies and classifies the basic theoretical sources of knowledge transformation and utilization,and expounds the government decision-making consultation mechanism and knowledge management system mechanism which affect the transformation and utilization of social science knowledge.By constructing 20 influencing factors of social science knowledge transformation and utilization,using DEMATEL model,it identifies key influencing factors of knowledge transformation and utilization in social science.The results show that the knowledge goal and aim of the supplier are the most important factors affecting the utilization of social science knowledge,the timeliness and situational nature of knowledge transformation and utilization,the“brand image”of knowledge provider,the concept of knowledge supply side to knowledge production and transformation,and the demand side's resource support for knowledge utilization are the main influencing factors to others.
