Abstract:The paper clarifies the connotation of the whole-process supervision system of agrifood quality and safety embedded in blockchain.It determines the subject and object of agrifood quality and safety supervision of integrated supply chain with public chain,alliance chain and private chain.The dynamic circulation of products,information and economic benefits in the supervision of quality and safety of agrifood embedded in the blockchain is further explored.Finally,the whole process supervision system for the quality and safety of agrifood is formed.The research results show that the blockchain can be used to achieve consensus among participants in the integrated supply chain and protect their privacy.It can further realize the trace ability of the quality of agrifood and meet the demands of different subjects.Embedding the blockchain into the whole process supervision of the quality and safety of agrifood can effectively reduce the quality and safety hidden dangers and contribute to improving consumer confidence.
