Social Credit System in China Based on the Analysis of Intellectual Property

Abstract：Based on the strategic plan for the construction of China's social credit system,this paper summarizes the achievements made in the construction of China's credit system in the field of intellectual property rights,analyzes the existing problems and causes,as well as historical inheritance,opportunities and challenges in the construction of credit system in the field of intellectual property in China.On the basis of drawing on international experience,this paper draws on China's intellectual property rights.Rationalization proposals are put forward for the development and innovation of the credit system.
