Experience with the European Roadmap for Research Infrastructure and the Enlightenment to Monitoring and Evaluation of China's Large Scientific Facilities

Abstract：The EU issued the Strategy Report on Research Infrastructures-Roadmap 2018 in August 2018,updating the selection mechanism for new proposals and methods for assessing and monitoring project facilities and landmark facilities.This paper would sort out the characteristics of the EU's various roadmaps,study the evolution of its content and the changes in key areas of focus,and focus on the monitoring and evaluation mechanism of the European roadmap for research infrastructure.On this basis,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions for China to make strategic planning of large research infrastructures.
