Abstract:The government competition policy and technological innovation effort level are introduced into the profit game model of the photovoltaic industry supply chain, and the profit model of the supply chain under two different situations is established to study the impact of the government competition policy and the manufacturers technological innovation effort level on the profit of each manufacturer and the overall profit of the supply chain. This paper constructs the profit model under the competition and cooperation situations, and empirically analyzes the influence of government competition policy and manufacturers technological innovation level on supply chain profit optimization in the competition and cooperation situations. The results show that:①The government competition policy is conducive to the increase of manufacturers profits.②The improvement of technological innovation efforts can increase manufacturers profits quickly.③Compared with the cooperation situation, the profits of each manufacturer and the total profits of the whole supply chain are higher under the competition situation.
