Abstract:As one of the basic and key technologies in strategic emerging industries such as aerospace,communication and information technology,biomedicine and automotive electronics,microsystems are of great significance to promoting industrial development.Currently,microsystems technology is in a period of steady and rapid development.This article conducts statistics and analysis through four aspects:the overall development situation of patented technology,technology concentration,categories of patentees,and target market countries/regions.Systematized and in-depth research is conducted from three dimensions:patent application flow,technology original country/region,and patentee dependency,and compared with the development of microsystems technology in China.Finally,some opinions are put forward on the development of China's microsystem technology from four aspects,that is,strengthening the overseas layout of patents,normalizing the early warning of patents,forming patent alliances,and combining patents with standards.
