中韩德大学与产业合作模式及对创新发展的启示

摘要本文系统阐释了大学与产业合作模式的历史经纬、形成条件与发展基础和主要特点,指出大学与产业合作创新是推动知识经济、市场创新和政策创新耦合的绝佳区域,它受创业环境的支撑状况、高新技术产品的需求牵引、知识资源集聚与储备、知识产权保护制度四个维度因素影响,并由此通过网络化和国际化的知识资源组织与整合以获取和提升创新能力。遵循国际化合作创新的思路,本研究选择弗兰霍夫研究所的全球创新模式、韩国全球产学界合作模式、先进技术研究院模式这三种比较典型的合作创新模式进行比较研究,并在大学与产业合作创新的主导者、创新网络、创新能力获取、创新成果市场化、创新思维转变等方面得出五点启示,同时结合上述研究成果对中国创新能力提升提出对策建议。

Abstract：The paper systematically explains the history of university-industry cooperation mode,formation conditions,development basis and main features,and points out that the university-industry cooperative innovation is a perfect region to promote the coupling of knowledge economy,market innovation and policy innovation.It is influenced by the supporting condition of the environment of entrepreneurship,the market demand of high-technology products,the accumulated knowledge resources and reserves,and the system of intellectual property protection.The ability of innovation can be obtained and enhanced through the network and internationalization of knowledge resources organization and integration.Following the idea of international cooperation and innovation,three typical cooperative innovation mode including the global innovation mode of Fraunhofer Institute,the mode of Korean global industry-academia cooperation and the mode of advanced technology research institute,and they are selected as case studies to conduct comparative analysis.The research acquires five points including the leader of the university-industry cooperation innovation,innovative network,acquisition of innovative ability,marketization of innovative outcomes,and change of innovative thinking.Combined with the above research results the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving innovation ability of China at the same time.
