Abstract:This study explores the moderating effect of interaction intensity on the relationship between organizational heterogeneity and cooperative innovation performance from the perspective of different dimensions of organizational heterogeneity.Based on the survey data of 278 companies involved in cooperative innovation,we used multiple regression analysis method to test the relationship between variables.The results show that target heterogeneity and cultural heterogeneity have negative effect on cooperative innovation performance,and the effect of management autonomy heterogeneity on cooperative innovation performance is not significant.In addition,the frequency of interaction has a moderating effect on the relationship between target heterogeneity and cooperative innovation performance,the quality of interaction has a moderating effect on the relationship between target heterogeneity and cooperative innovation performance.Based on the results of empirical research,the implications of management and practice are presented.
