Innovation and Sharing:the Intellectual Property Policy of National Center for Technological Innovation

Abstract:According to The Guidance on the Construction of the National Center for Technology Innovation,the paper takes the technology of fuel cell vehicles as an example,and analyzes the intellectual property mission of national center for technology innovation (NCTI).Moreover,based on the actual situation of national center for new energy automotive technology innovation,the paper discusses the key issues faced in the process of constructing NCTI,and puts forward the suggestions for promoting the construction of NCTI.
