Abstract:Scientific and technological innovation team is an important organization type of innovation,the crucial period is the decisive period of scientific and technological innovation,and the cooperative innovation mechanism is the theoretical core of overcoming difficulties.The construction and explanation of the core of this theory have important theoretical and practical significance to accelerate the realization of China's strategy of scientific and technological power.By referring to Belbin's theory of team role,eight representations of cooperative state in the crucial stage are extracted.According to the system dynamics theory and the Yerkes-Dodson law,the system dynamics model is constructed.The simulation results show that by adjusting policy variables such as performance evaluation,members' innovation motivation,individual innovation ability and team collaboration ability can be improved,so as to promote the innovation team to evolve to a collaborative state and achieve a collaborative state.Therefore,the collaborative innovation mechanism of scientific and technological innovation team is created and revealed.
