Evolution Path of IUR Deep Integration ——Longitudinal Case Study of Zhejiang Yangtze Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University

Abstract：Taking Zhejiang Yangtze Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University as the research object,using single exploratory case study to explore evolution stages of university institutes established under cooperation of the government and university from 5 dimensions,namely innovation resources,innovative subjects,operation mechanism,boundary expansion and integration mechanism,this study expands evolution research of IUR deep integration and provides some practical implications.Results reveal that the university institutes have undergone four stages and fostered an entrepreneurial ecosystem of multi-level R&D,technology transfer and investment to finally achieve IUR deep integration,namely university-government fusion stage,inter-chain fusion stage,inter-subject fusion stage,and cross-region inter-network fusion stage,which successively performed vertical fusion of innovation chain,deep integration of multiple innovative subjects and inter-network integration of various chains.
