Research on the Crowdsourcing Model for Public Participation in Science Popularization

Abstract：Crowdsourcing science popularization is the application of crowdsourcing in science popularization activities.Under the background of promoting the informationization construction for science popularization,crowdsourcing science popularization encouraged by the national science popularization policy will be a new solution for science popularization mechanism innovation.In this paper,the case study from Huxiang Natural Science Popularization Center shows that,for crowdsourcing science popularization,it need to establish appropriate public recruitment and task subcontracting mechanism according to the project characters as well as strict task process control and management.Promoting the development of crowdsourcing science popularization,it is necessary not only to stimulate the public's participation,but also to carry out the non-profit projects for the public imposed by the government to enhance the development of various crowdsourcing actions.
