Abstract:In recent years,the digital economy has developed rapidly,and the intelligent wave helps enterprises to rescue and develop with high quality.How Chinese manufacturing enterprises labeled as“big but not strong”truly realize the breakthrough of medium and low-end by seizing the opportunity window of intelligent manufacturing is worth studying.This paper focuses on the typical case of Zoomlion,and takes smile curve as the basic analysis framework.Starting from the five key capabilities of network collaborative R&D capability,discrete flexible manufacturing capability,service improvement capability,core component breakthrough capability and service development capability,this paper studies the optimization of enterprise value chain,and finally explores a transformation and upgrading path of intelligentialize with the feature of“strengthening chain—improving quality and reducing cost,supplementing chain—make up for the short board of core components,extending chain—opening business of industrial internet information service”.It provides some experiences for the promotion and implementation of intelligent manufacturing in other manufacturing enterprises:stick to manufacturing itself,follow the benefit orientation,reshape the core competitiveness,and adhere to the dual core spiral drive of technology and big data
