Evaluation of Input-Output Efficiency of Medical Postdoctoral Research(Work)Station Based on DEA Model

Abstract:Scientific measurement and correct evaluation of the efficiency of postdoctoral research(work)stations are of great significance for strengthening the daily management of post-doctoral stations and improving the quality of post-doctoral personnel training.This paper evaluates the input and output efficiency of 51 medical postdoctoral stations based on DEA method.The results show that the technical and scale efficiency of the medical postdoctoral research(work)station is high,but the overall efficiency is not high.The efficiency of scientific workstation is higher than scientific research station excluding pure technical efficient.The results of the super efficiency analysis show that the overall efficiency of the research station is perfect,while the super efficiency distribution of the workstation is uneven.The impact result of the combination of input indicators on DEA efficiency shows that the research fund has a significant impact on the relative efficiency of postdoctoral stations.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the problem of unreasonable resource allocation in medical postdoctoral stations.
